Gravity vs. Heart Attacks
It is hard to believe but gravity can affect heart attacks especially in the cases of astronauts. Being weightless in space causes the heart muscles to shrink and this has a drastic affect on the heart. Sometimes astronauts will fell lightheaded after a space flight. Being lightheaded is a result of low blood pressure. Having low blood is just as bad as having high blood pressure because the heart slows down and if the blood pressure gets to low the heart can stop.
